History

CVC is a diversified investment company that invests patient capital in a combination of listed, unlisted and property investments. This includes:

ASX listed companies and trusts;
Private equity unlisted emerging and high growth companies; and
Direct and in-direct property exposure, including loans, preference equity, joint ventures and direct property

Since 1985, the CVC Group has invested in over 300 businesses across all industries, at varying stages of development, and participated in initial public offerings and trade sales.
