Sandy Beard has the following professional qualifications:

Sandy has been with CVC Limited since 1991, initially as Group Financial Controller, and since 2000, as Chief Executive Officer.
Sandy has extensive experience with investee businesses, both in providing advice and in direct management roles, especially bringing management expertise to early-stage businesses. He has implemented management information systems, financial reporting systems, and internal operating and control procedures. He has also assisted businesses in value engineering product ranges and introducing market-oriented product lines.
Sandy has implemented significant company restructuring and recruited new management teams for growth businesses. His negotiation experience includes successes in private placement and in contractual arrangements involving banking facilities, distribution arrangements and processing agreements.

Elliott is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in senior financial and chief executive officer roles in both private and public listed companies. His experience, from both an investor and investee perspective, spans a diverse range of industries and businesses in the manufacturing, environmental, distribution and services sectors.
Elliott has previously held non-executive director and chairman roles in a number of ASX listed companies and is currently a non-executive director of ASX listed Pro-Pac Packaging Limited.
Chief Financial Officer

John is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of CVC Limited and the wider investment vehicles of the CVC Group. John joined CVC in 2006 and has overseen the development and management of a number of investment vehicles with his core responsibility being management of financial and statutory reporting and compliance.
John has extensive experience in ASX listed and unlisted public reporting and accounting for property, equity trusts, managed investment companies and schemes, due diligence and compliance.
Investment Manager (Property)
Mark began his professional career at Macquarie Group in 2002 where he was employed for five years in its property finance division as well as its residential development divisions. Mark then moved to a private Melbourne based developer before joining a subsidiary of Mirvac in the industrial property sector. Since commencing at CVC Limited in 2010, Mark has been responsible for the group’s real estate investment activities. In that period CVC has provided investment loans to property developers and investment groups while also participating in joint venture opportunities with well credentialed partners. Mark is RG146 compliant and holds bachelor degrees in Commerce and Planning & Design from the University of Melbourne.
Financial and Investment Analyst

Michael Bower is a Financial and Investment Analyst for CVC Managers Pty Ltd.
Michael has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Durham and is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified in Australia and in England & Wales. He has 25 years’ experience in various senior financial roles, including in listed and pre-IPO companies, and in roles in Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. He has been with CVC for 12 years including 4 years as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.

Andrew joined CVC in 1999 and re-joined the team again in 2013 after some time in other investment related roles.
B E (UNSW)
Bill is presently a senior executive and Investment Manager with CVC Limited (ASX:CVC), and has extensive general management experience in developing and building companies in Australia, USA, China, Europe with OPSM, BTR Nylex, Boral and with the CVC Group. Bill graduated as a Civil Engineer, and was certified as a NSW Mine Manager. Career experience includes hands on senior management positions in the construction materials, industrial minerals, and the industrial safety and medical equipment sectors. Since joining CVC Bill has also established specialist knowledge and expertise in the environmental and mining sectors and has driven CVC’s investment activities in emerging energy businesses.
Bill has served as a Director on a number of both public and private companies, and is currently Chairman of PAFtec Australia Pty Ltd.

Christian is an investment professional with over 18 years’ experience. Christian commenced his career with Ernst & Young in the corporate restructuring area before joining CVC Limited in 2001. At CVC he specialised in venture capital and private equity investment, working primarily with small and medium sized expansion stage Australian companies. He performed similar roles at Macquarie Bank, and was a co-founder of a boutique global-equity fund manager before returning to CVC in 2014. Christian has significant experience across all aspects of company lifecycle and takes a partnering approach to managing investments in companies experiencing a dynamic, fast growth environment. He has substantial experience in corporate strategy and has assisted companies through mergers and acquisitions, divestments, capital raising and the initial public offering process. Christian has experience as a director of a number of private and public companies. He holds bachelor’s degrees in both commerce and law from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Charles is an Investment Manager for CVC with extensive expertise in operational turnarounds and business strategy. He has experience in a variety of industries including mining, manufacturing, media, biomedical research and hospitality. Prior to joining CVC Charles held various roles as a Management Consultant and was the Strategy Manager for a large Australian mining services company.
