Risk Management

The Board of CVC is responsible for ensuring appropriate systems are in place to manage and monitor operational risks and to communicate those risks. Additionally, the Board is responsible for ensuring that internal controls are appropriate for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations. CVC has in place a Compliance Committee to assist the Board with its responsibilities relating to financial reporting and risk management.
