CVC Property Fund has previously invested in a diversified portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties.
 
Income is generated by a combination of investment grade rental properties and derisked developments that are anticipated to generate capital gain.
 
Initially, the Fund has invested in properties along the eastern seaboard including regional centres.
 
The Fund will constantly review its investment philosophy to ensure that it takes account of prevailing market conditions.
