Mr Beard is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in private equity investing. He is the Chief Executive Officer of CVC Limited and he is also a Director of Cellnet Limited, Mercury Mobility Limited, Blue Energy Limited and CVC Managers Pty Ltd. Mr Beard is a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.

Mark Fogarty

Mark has over 15 years senior management experience in the sustainability sector. Much of this time has been focused on the clean energy sector. During this time Mark has served as CEO of organisations such as SEDA who administered the Sustainable Energy Fund. This Fund allocated over $50m of early stage funding to sustainable energy projects. Mark is now contributing the value of this experience to such funding initiatives as CVC Sustainable Investments and CVC REEF.
Mark has considerable experience in Asia, particularly in China. He currently sits on the Board of RE-EX Singapore and REEEP International. |

Bill Highland
Investment Manager
B E (UNSW), Certified Mine Manager
Mr Highland is presently a senior executive and Investment Manager with CVC Limited, and has extensive general management experience in developing and building companies in Australia, USA, China, Europe with OPSM, BTR Nylex, Boral and with the CVC Group. Bill graduated as a Civil Engineer and is a certified Mine Manager, and his previous experience includes hands on senior management positions in the construction materials, industrial minerals, and the industrial safety and medical equipment sectors. Over the last five years Bill has also established a specialist knowledge and expertise in the environmental sectors and has driven CVC's investment activities in expansionary energy businesses.
Additionally, Bill has served as a Director on both public and private companies, including previously as a Director of Tamaya Resources Limited and currently a Director of Blue Energy Limited, HydroChile Limited and BioPower Systems Pty Limited.
Sean Wiles
Investment Manager

Sean Wiles is an Investment Manager with CVC Sustainable Investments. He
recently joined the team after several years with Big-4 chartered
accountancy firms both in Australia and the UK. Sean’s primary experience
has been in independent business and diagnostic reviews for both Private
and Public Sector participants, cash management, operational and financial
restructuring and turnaround planning and transactions due diligence.
Along with his recent exposure to environmental investing, Sean also has
significant industry sector experience in government and health advisory,
manufacturing, construction, agribusiness and pharmaceuticals. Sean has
a bachelor degree in Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and is a member
of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and Insolvency
Practitioners Association of Australia.
Jo Hume
Investment Analyst
ME, Dip PE, BE (Hons)
Jo Hume is an Investment Analyst for CVC Managers Pty Ltd. She has 15 years
experience in the energy and environmental sectors. Jo joined CVC from
AGL where she was a senior energy analyst (commercial). Prior to that she
ran the NZ Business Council for Sustainable Development, managed
sustainable energy commercialisation programs for the NSW Sustainable
Energy Development Authority, was a market analyst for the NZ electricity
market administrator and worked in the oil and gas industry as a petroleum
engineer. She is a director of the Australia-NZ Climate Change and Business
Centre and has a clear understanding of the conditions required to
commercialise sustainable businesses. Relevant awards - Winston Churchill
Fellowship, Premier’s award for environment and education, Queens Trust
Forum participant.
