CVC Sustainable Investments is dedicated to investing in expansionary companies operating in this market - businesses dedicated to addressing environmental problems, developing or utilising clean technologies or whose operations cause little or no environmental damage.

Our objective is to create a diversified investment portfolio that generates strong returns on invested capital while delivering meaningful and measurable environmental benefits.

CVC Sustainable Investments has an innovative and flexible corporate structure. Aimed at maximising our investors' tax positions as well as the scope of accessible opportunities, CVCSI has a "Stapled Security" structure, consisting partly of a registered Pooled Development Fund (PDF) and partly of a regular investment company.
