On 23 August 2011, the directors announced a fully-franked dividend of 3 cents per share. The dividend was paid on 9 September 2011.

On 28 February 2011, the directors announced a fully-franked dividend of 2 cents per share. The dividend was paid on 21 March 2011.

A fully-franked final dividend of 3 cents per share was paid on 8 September 2010.

An Interim Dividend of 2 cents per share was paid on 19 March 2010.

Dividend Reinvestment Plan

CVC Limited has suspended its Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRP") until further notice. Shareholders who normally participate in the DRP will be receiving a dividend payment by either cheque or electronic deposit into their nominated bank account.
