On 26 February 2010, the Directors of CVC Limited announced a fully-franked Interim Dividend of 2cents per share.

The Interim Dividend was paid on 19 March 2010.

Dividend Reinvestment Plan

CVC Limited has suspended its Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRP") until further notice. Shareholders who normally participate in the DRP will be receiving a dividend payment by either cheque or electronic deposit into their nominated bank account.
